Who We Design For

Our clients include Pacific Northwest residents who are building new homes or renovating older homes and large Pacific Northwest residential community builders. We also create designs for developers of new home communities and multi-family projects, both locally and nationally.

What We Do

We do it all…From the ground up, starting with floor plan review, color and finish specification. During each project we interface with the construction team to make sure the design is implemented as presented. When the project is complete we work with our clients to select furniture, accessories and window treatments. Our relationship with vendors allows us to purchase at a savings for our clients. We have a great team of installers to see the project through to completion.

We have designed and installed model homes for leading Pacific Northwest builders for over 20 years. Creating a home that reflects the buyer profile and gives the potential homeowner the “I’ve arrived home” feel when they walk in. Apartment homes have grown in popularity in many cities throughout the U.S. We work for developers to design units and amenity spaces that target the renter market. We use contemporary and innovative finishes to create unique décor that sets the project apart.

Two generations, one exceptional team

Owner & Interior Designer Kim Sparks and her daughter and Interior Designer Brittany Sparks oversee the firm’s portfolio of bespoke private homes and stunning multifamily communities.

Through their thoughtfully personal design process, Kim and Brittany spend time getting to know their clients’ passions, interests and lifestyles to incorporate them into the final home design. This mother-daughter duo also applies their talents to multifamily community projects, creating striking spaces with custom furnishings and finishes that will resonate with prospective residents.
